I placed order for 2 this product since on the 30th of November, 2024. Up till now, I have not received my order and I have not received any update from this vendor. Is this a scam site?

Terrible service
Took almost a month and some reporting to paypal for these guys to deliver. Even when the order was delivered it was still the wrong order. Zero cummunication they dont answer emails or any messages . Ridiculous!
